Ghana and Nigeria are countries whose governments have a high commitment to investing in the future of their young people through education. Despite this goodwill, most schools are often understaffed, over-crowded and lack the needed teaching and learning materials. Volunteers, through this project, can assist local teachers in rural and urban communities to improve teaching and learning outcomes. Not only do we focus on equipping students with relevant cognitive skills but also practical skills which are geared towards creativity and poverty alleviation. Volunteers in this program offer practically- oriented sessions like soap making, cooking-oil production, baking etc. to employed and unemployed populations to help them create alternative means of livelihood.

With an aggregate life expectancy rate between 50- 65 years, compounded by high levels of unemployment, orphaned kids in Ghana and Nigeria often live in overcrowded spaces and have little access to better conditions of life. With this volunteer program, our volunteers get to put smiles on the faces of orphaned kids and assist in getting them adopted by well-to-do families. Children with special needs can learn basic communication skills through interactions with our volunteers.

Given Ghana and Nigeria’s rapidly growing population, reduced access to proper healthcare among vulnerable populations remains a primary concern to governments and healthcare providers. Our healthcare project offers people in marginalized communities access to primary healthcare services. We embark on routine blood screening programs, vaccination programs, and health walks among others.

At E-Ezer Foundation, we believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food. Unfortunately, many people in our community, particularly homeless individuals and street children, struggle to get enough food to eat on a daily basis. To combat this issue, we have established a feeding charity program that provides food and monthly support to those in need.

Our feeding charity program aims to provide a consistent source of nourishment for homeless individuals and street children, who often lack access to regular meals. Through this program, we provide nutritious meals, such as rice, beans, vegetables, and fruit, to help alleviate hunger and provide sustenance.
